Epiphany requested that I post my appletini recipe. So here goes:
1 part Vodka
1 part apple liquer (I like Apple Pucker)
and here’s the secret…
splash of Sweet & Sour mix (You can add as much of this as you like. I like it because it cuts down on the alcohol taste.)
Serve chilled. I usually mix up a pitcher and stick it in the fridge. Stir before serving.
